Happy Valentines Day!

We sure did have fun this year for Valentines. Here are some of the pics!

Kali, Cody, Kayla and some of the fun heart animals we made to give away:) I was amazed at their creativity when figuring out which animals could be made from hearts. They had so much fun deciding who got which one:) I wish we could have had time to make even more...

We kind of waited until last minute to make our valentines boxes, but even though we were rushed, I think they turned out cute and the kids still had a great time! Kali wanted hers to be a BEE. Daddy helped her and it was adorable.

Cody was ready to go, so he said, lets just make it a mailbox and put a flag on it. Sounded good to me! Of course, Daddy made an awesome flag that you could put up and down! That was perfect.

At the party. Cody hardly left this game. He made many paper airplanes with his buddies, and they had so much fun throwing them into the targets!

The girls enjoyed the chocolate play dough! It was super soft, so let me know if you want the recipe!

Then, of course, we got to decorate our own cupcakes. They loved being able to do it themselves:)

Then there was the tea party….with tasty apple juice and REAL teacups:) They even got a chance to wash their own cup when they were done:)

My favorite part was watching all their funny faces with the table centerpieces! So cute!

I know…I took a million, but they were so cute!

One of my personal favorites! I love her scrunchy smile:)

Then they found the dress-up basket and that was even more fun! I loved watching my kids explore and play!

And then there's Kayla….who was determined to keep the hat covering her face!

Cody finally discovered that there was more to do than paper airplanes, and tried out some of the fun.

The excitement continued after we got home as they opened their mailboxes and discovered all the cool Valentines inside!

Kali loved looking at each one and then eating all the candy!

Shon didn't have to go into work, so Nathan stayed home with him and that made things SO much easier for me! It really was a fun morning! Kayla eventually opened her mailbox too, but she was so tired from the excitement that she crashed in the van and napped for awhile:) Everyone had a great time!
