I got home from the hospital Saturday afternoon, and Sunday was Shon's birthday. We had a little celebration, which Shon mostly planned himself:) But, Grandma made a very tasty cake, and that made the party awesome! Plus, we had party hats, of course!

You forgot to mention that the party moved on outside to play in the rain! It was raining cats and dogs, and the group just went outside clothes and all and had a grand "splash" party! Crazy Kids!!!
ReplyDeleteYou're absolutely right, mom! How can I forget that kind of fun:) Nothing like running around in pouring rain, jumping and rolling in the puddles. I guess if it is going to rain like that, we may as well enjoy it!
DeleteOne thing about NC it is always warm, even in the rain! BUT those clothes take a while to dry! Loved watching them splash around! Never ever a dull moment there, or a missed opportunity !
