Oceanside Water Fun

We loved our resort in Oceanside. It was about a 10 minute walk from our room down to the beach...so cool. We were on the 5th floor and had a super ocean view. We had so much fun. The Richards came a couple days and enjoyed the beach with us as well. They were awesome company, and doubled up as babysitters when needed! (Thanks guys!)

Shon got pretty good at controlling the boat and had some nice runs.

Cody braved the ocean in a boat a couple times. It tosses you around pretty good!

Loyanne and Randy had a metal detector and found all kinds of fun "burried treasure"

Shon found a bunch of starfish scuba diving and brought them up so we could see how cool and big they were. Cody had fun throwing them back into the water.

I didn't really want to pick them up, but oh well.

Kali kept poking them with her fingers and laughing.

More fun in the waves. It didn't take Cody very long to figure out salt water is not very tasty.

Shon's favorite was the sunsets. They were so pretty on the water. It was very relaxing, and tiring at the same time! We loved california.
