Happy Birthday Kali!!!

Happy Birthday One Year Old!

We had a little party for Kali. We blew up balloons and that was probably the best part of the night! Cody was dying to open Kali's gifts and tried so hard to let her do it. In the end he "helped" her do just about everything. Thanks for the stroller Anglins! It was all Cody could do to let his sister push it! She stuck the doll right in and off she went.

Kali loved her dolls G/ma and G/pa. Cody jumped right up and said...Grandma singing, when we put the CD in. Then he started singing along with twinkle twinkle little star. Kali just smiled and laughed!

Thanks for the blocks Hamiltons! Kali loved putting them in the elephant and watching them come out again. (Cody thought all her presents were pretty cool too.)

I forgot a pic of the little people Noah's ark she (and Cody of course) got. It was different without all the cousins, but over-all the party was great fun!

One of Kali's favorite foods is whip cream. So, we decided to have strawberry shortcake instead of chocolate for her birthday. I think she would have been happiest with a whip cream cake because that's about all she ended up eating! I can't believe she has grown so fast!

Cody said it was his birthday too and that's why he needed cake.

She is also very into using a spoon. She wants to be soooo big!

We love you Kali. Here are some things we love about you!

You kiss everything....people, animals, toys, books, food....etc. and you make a really cute "mmmaaaaa" kiss sound when you do it!

Your hair is almost ALWAYS in your eyes and usually has snot on the ends as it gets into your nose. But when you let me fix it you are adorable!

You have already mastered the art of stealing Cody's toys as soon as he turns around or leaves the room.

You love sword fighting with anything that even semi-resembles a sword, and you say "hi-yaw!"

You make car sounds as you drive them around and you make horse sounds too.

You about jump out of my arms when Daddy comes home

You love bath time, books, singing, putting thing on your head, coloring and your blanket

You are a climber and like to get as high as you can! (and you get so proud of yourself too.)

Your giggle is so contagious and you laugh all the time, especially when Daddy wrestles with you, which you LOVE.

You surprise us more and more each day with your funny faces and sounds. You are growing up and changing so fast.

Happy Birthday Kali. You are our little Angel and you make life so sweet. We love you!
