Welcome to West Yellowstone!

We had the presidential suite at a really nice lodge in West Yellowstone and had so much fun the five days we were there. The place was huge. I think it was 2100 or 2300 sq. ft. Anyway, it was like our own little house and we loved it.

Rosy cheeks!

This is the "airplane" we rented for a couple of days. Cody thought he was in heaven and we had to pry him off. He constantly wanted to ride the "airplane". Even when we told him it was a snowmobile, he was still convinced it was an airplane and he wanted to "go again"

Both kiddos recognized their Daddy and couldn't get enough of him.

The park was closed to vehicles, but we were able to take a 5 mile trail in on cross-country skis. It was a beautiful day and we really enjoyed it. (of course we could hardly move afterwards, but it was a good workout!)

Cody and Kali all bundled up. They enjoyed being outside and being a part of all our fun adventures. What troopers! (and thanks Lori and Aaron and Danny for letting us borrow your skis!)

Cody convinced Daddy to go into the gift shop, (he's already picking up on Shon's inability to resist his "please Da Da?" They came back with this wolf, or "gog" as Cody says it, which means dog... and Cody now sleeps with it every night. I think he likes it even more because he knows his Da Da bought it for him.

So, Shon was here for a couple of weeks and wore us all out! We miss him already and he's only been gone a few days, but we had so much fun while he was here. I have TONS of pictures and only snagged a few to share. I hope to put a few more on because those 2 weeks were packed with awesomeness. We loved seeing family here in Idaho Falls, as well as those that traveled to say hi. Thanks for all your love and support. We know we are pretty blessed to have great families and we love you so much. Hope your Christmas season is going well!!!!
