Well, after dealing with Cody climbing out of his crib one too many times, we got out the toddler bed. First, we had to put it together....Cody was very helpful.
He pulled it all out of the box for me and went right to work with his tools.
He would follow me around and hand me the things I needed as well as mimic all my actions. He loved balancing on the bars and was really good at it!
He jumped right in when it was all set up and rolled around and laughed and thought it was all kinds of fun. Then we moved it into his room. Now that he knows it means bedtime he has changed his mind a little on how much he likes to lay in it. But, we are working on a routine and he is doing a great job. He looks so big laying in his bed and I'm still getting used to him coming upstairs by himself after naps!
Oh my goodness... he is so cute, all tucked in to his new bed with his binky! Soooo cute!!!
ReplyDeleteYep, thats our boy! There is never a dull moment, and we love it! I just want to take a sec. and tell my Roxanne what an awesome mommy she is. You have been and are being, wonderful through all this. He has been a challenge, but you meet it head on, with a song and a dance. Cody is a very, very lucky little boy to have such a beautiful mom, through and through. You are awesome.
